10.0Fabulosa ubicación,un pueblito super tranquilo,donde al despertar no había ni un solo ruido,era lo que buscábamos. Encantados con la amabilidad de Lucía y Daniel que nos dieron información de los alrededores,que visitar,que rutas hacer... Las instalaciones estupendas con una decoración muy chula. Y lo que más nos gustó fueron los desayunos, espectaculares!!!!!

10.0All was perfect, very comfortable and clean. The attention to details and the breakfast are extraordinary. Well worth the money and a great stay for visiting the Pirineos area. You won't be disappointed if you are looking for this kind of hotel.

Un bel hôtel au cadre agréable, qui gagnerait à offrir plus de confort, de clarté dans ses services
6.0Points positifs : hôtel propre, environnement agréable et calme. La taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain; le grand lit comfortable; une très belle décoration de l'intérieur de l'hotel; la situation de l'hotel à la campagne dans un petit village. Le petit déjeuner très élaboré et la possibilité d'avoir un pic-nique à la place.
− Points à améliorer : l’absence de petit réfrigérateur et de machine à café/thé dans la chambre limite un peu le confort. Le service du soir (ou l'absence de service pour certains) manque de clarté (pas de carte, informations incomplètes, traitement parfois inégal entre les clients, certains clients ont pu avoir un plateau repas le soir alors qu'on nous a dit que c'était pas possible). Un parasol sur la terrasse quand le soleil tape serait vraiment un plus pour profiter de l'extérieur. Enfin, il serait apprécié d’avoir quelques informations sur les promenades et restaurants des environs. En résumé : un bel endroit avec du potentiel, qui gagnerait à offrir un accueil plus chaleureux et quelques attentions supplémentaires pour améliorer l’expérience des clients.
