I arrived after the reception was closed, but instructions were sent and it was very easy to collect the keys after hours. Instructions on how to get to the apartment were also great - but the map of the carpark was unclear and not helpful at all. That car park is a maze and it really needs a clearer, larger diagram. The property view was outstanding, and the apartment is generally pleasant - the internal decor basic but ok... a few touches could make it an exceptional place to stay.

− THIS PLACE HAS NO WIFI!!! I wish that I'd known this before booking the property. Coupled with only one key / buzzer for entry - trying to navigate this with my THREE daughters who don't all have phones/data - was an actual nightmare... It meant that at times I was not able to contact my daughters - which is a real safety concern. I also was needing to access Wi-Fi for work - which was an absolute disaster. And in 2026 - WHO DOESN'T HAVE WI-FI!? Especially for the amount I was paying for the accommodation. No Wi-Fi also meant that we were restricted to watching only terrestrial channels on the TV - could not access our Netflix or other streaming services - we could not watch a movie or anything during our family holiday. As a result of this major disadvantage - having used all my data - this stay actually cost me a LOT more than I was anticipating. The lock on the front door to the apartment is also very difficult. Needs fixing or replacing. Not enough towels were provided and there was only ONE extra blanket for colder evenings. Also the bedding on the queen bed was super annoying. Flat sheet, duvet, another extra large flat sheet over the top - so no duvet cover at all... made for a very uncomfortable sleep and much difficulty making the bed.

Lovely stay for a couple of nights to get away from the city.

The location is great. Walking distance to the main street in town and the restaurants. The balcony was fantastic although the table could be a bit larger so we could eat together as a family outdoors, but no real problem. The pool was lovely as well. It would be nice to have swimming pool towels available for use in the room as we had to go back to the office to collect some towels. Again, this was no real issue.

− The main bathroom could use a blind on the big window for some privacy as our daughter wanted to use the oversized bath, but again, its no real issue to work around.

The view and location. The complex facilities were excellent, it was very quiet and relaxing. We had dolphins come every morning and evening which added to the magic of our experience.

− The carpet was very stained and the front door lock was difficult to lock and unlock, it appeared to near repair. We only had one access key to the property which made it very difficult for our group of 4 to be able to do separate activities.

Fabulous location and view with a lovely large balcony. Great having 2 car bays.

− The apartment is 'tired' and needs a refresh. Dirty marked walls, fraying carpet edging. This apartment doesn't compare well to other apartments in Bridgepoint, Seapoint and Bayview.
