Good Stay, but it could have been better if there were no ants or seafood smell
8.0It was a good Size Property with enough rooms and beds for 8 of us. Bathroom and Toilet facilities met our expectations. Good option for laundry both inside and outside. Good view from the property. And good outdoor facilities, which we didn't use that much.
− I would have given 10/10 rating, but it disappointed me with the smell throughout the property, it had a strong seaford smell in the property as soon as I came in and there was not fly screen on all windows as such, I was not able to open all the windows as bugs where coming in.. and also noticed ants on the ground level of the property in the lounge.
Lovely short stay for Lakes Entrance
8.0Stunning views, can I say the pictures really didn't do the justice. Convenient location, ample off-street parking space. Sitting on the high terrain sothe driveway can be a bit steep so must be careful when parking. We didn't drive an EV but you can slow charge through conventional power socket. Laundry facility available so that's plus if you stay for a few days
− No Wifi is a bit let down. Reception is fine but be aware if you are with vodafone. Bedrooms have no aircon (Aircon present in living room only) so can get a bit warm (not excessively hot). Outdoor BBQ area needs an umbrella/shade to fully utilise the space in summer

4.0The location and view is amazing
− Need umbrella for outdoor deck, and there was no WiFi. The kitchen facilities were pretty average. The hot water ran out after 3 showers. There was so many bugs and ants even though the windows and doors were closed.

9.0The views were amazing, the house was clean and it was very spacious.
− The downstairs air conditioner did not heat up. We emailed the property owner, and they provided us with a portable heating unit, which was of acceptable standard.

8.0− Toilet not working well on ground floor (gets stuck). More toilet papers for 5 day stay. We replenished Toilet paper and salt for the next guests.
