10.0Perfect location for our needs. Street was quiet, with ample street parking. The patio upstairs allowed us to have a glass of wine or a cup of tea while watching the river. Jasmine was a great hostess. Breakfast was lovely. We visit Astoria often and we look forward to staying there again!

6.0The home was nicely restored with many antiques filling the rooms. The breakfast was excellent and we were given a special grab and go for early departure. There was a nice coffee area with an outdoor sitting area with a river view, although the highway noise in front of the river detracted. However, the neighborhood was very rundown.

8.0Beautiful building, nicely decorated rooms. Lovely coffee/tea area with balcony and food river views. Road below is very noisy on weekdays when a lot of big trucks go by. A bit better on weekends. Owner is friendly, but not nosy. Breakfast was wonderful each day.
