2.0room wasn't any thing like the photos and it didn't have any towels or pillows, after calling the customer support we stood around for 40 minutes waiting for our new room number, the new room was ever smaller with a smaller bed. And the lock on the "private toilet" had been smashed off the door.

4.0There was no hanging provided in wardrobe.No rail; no hangers. Paintwork was very poor.

2.0There was NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. Room was grungy and sound proofing almost non existent. We weren't expecting 5 star accommodation but this was way below par.

2.0Marks hotel is disgusting, bathroom and fridge had visible mould. The blankets/linen were stale smelling and the surfaces dusty and grimy. Hotel was noisy with the pub next door, was unsafe in the car park, drunk guys loitering and making comments to the young girls staying there. Something to keep in mind is this is a "long stay" hotel so there are people living there... and activities there that are... next door to a hotel. Not family friendly. Do not recommend it, will never stay there again, and would dissuade anyone from staying there. The pictures are not an accurate depiction of this run down, dirty establishment.
