The room was nice and clean and the staff very helpful. The location isn't too far from the main area and easy to walk or a short tuk tuk ride.

− No kettle in the room unfortunately and Aircon was bit weak (Staff gave us an extra fan what helped heaps)

I spent an extra $348 to get somewhere else - The staff are the only reason it’s not a Zero review!

So this place feels like it once was a beautiful hotel that has fallen from glory, the staff are super friendly here so do make it a pleasant experience but that’s where I am forced to stop.

− The balcony room on the 3rd floor, it is terrible, the bed linen was clean, this is the only positive about the room, I knew it was not going to be perfect for the price but to be woken up covered in dozens of insects, to be clear I do not mean bed bugs, at first i was disturbed and thought there might be a mosquito or something that landed on me, then I turned the light on, these horrible little black bugs all over me, the bed and on the floor. The experience was pretty horrific, the room is most definitely not deluxe by any means, please do not call it this, the shelf next to the bed that looks like it is ready to fall, the fridge that you have to pull out from under the unit to plug in, dirty curtains, the bath has a crack in it at the head end and the bathroom floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Please take some advice and close this room off and refurbish it, even the balcony door is almost impossible to slide open. Fortunately this place gave me my money back, I think they knew about these issues already as no argument was put up.
