− The location was poor , the towels grubby , noise proofing not existent and pool and bar area like a children’s party room

9.0I was welcomed by Ms Valencia at the reception, my check in was smooth and cheery. She was exceptionally courteous and very responsive to our needs. Absolutely fantastic service by all the staff. Beds were very comfortable and location convenient.
