Lovely place and staff But
4.0The hotel is very tastefully decorated and modern the staff very helpful and friendly the food excellent and cost was very reasonable. Unfortunately the room we stayed in was right at the front off the hotel it did have modern double glazed windows but they were useless the traffic outside never stopped until after midnight and restarted around 4 am.I am quite a heavy sleeper but this had to be the worst night’s sleep I’ve experienced at a hotel, the bed looked lovely but we couldn’t turn over without it creaking loudly this was mentioned to the staff before we left and the young man was sorry to hear about it he phoned his manager and reported are comments who then said he would contact us to get more information unfortunately we have been back now just under a week and have heard nothing from them.

10.0Ended up on a last minute overnight stay with work and extended by an additional night, partly due to the snow but also the fact that this was the perfect place for some downtime. Staff were super friendly and helpful, food was amazing and the room was just perfect! I work away every week and stay in a number of hotels and I fully and highly recommend this place! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
