9.0The keys were is a lock box a few blocks from the condo. No problems. Their instructions were precise.
− Nothing that I would lower their rate. But the unit deserves a bit more maintenance and some upgrades. A bit outdated, but not an issue in my opinion.

10.0The quick walk to a pleasant beach that was clean was perfect. The wonderful private pool easily accessible. Downtown was a block away with options for all meals, and Walmart was an 8 minute drive. The walk to the bridge and other areas was very pleasant by the inter coastal. The two bedrooms were pleasant with my family. Full kitchen easy to cook in all meals. Laundry room accessible, need coins. It is an older unit but had all of the amenities we need for an excellent vacation/work trip. Outdoor gardens were in excellent condition and great to relax in the morning hours. Parking spot was always open. The WiFi service worked great for remote work. Easy access to interstate. Quiet area, handicap accessible.
Fantastic location! Enjoyed our stay and are very likely to return.

ATTENTION TO ALL GUEST BOOKING BETWEEN Aug 1st-Nov. 30th 2021: Thank you for choosing to stay with us at The Grove Beach Condos. We are sure that you will enjoy our prime location at an unbeatable price. Between August 1st and Nov. 30th the roof is being replaced. Workers will be present between the hours of 7am and 6pm on weekdays when weather allows. You can expect variable amounts of noise during this time. Allow us to thank you again for staying with us at The Grove; we have taken pains to adjust our rates accordingly to supplement the inconvenience of the renovation work.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
