8.0Comfy bed, good shower, free parking space nearby. Nice big bottle of chilled water given on arrival.
− Booked twin but bed made up as double. Arrived 6ish, when restaurant was busy. A diner had to move to let us through adjoining door to go to rooms, my daughter and I both ended up apologising! (Could have been shown nearby alternative door). Restaurant looks nice, but limited breakfast choice so we went into Frome for more choice. Posh tea bag/ coffee choice in room, but only 2 'normal' tea bags, and some warm milk which did not last until morning. It's been a hot summer, maybe consider mini fridges in rooms.
Wouldn't stay again.

9.0Lovely welcome from a very nice lady. Room very comfortable, a bit warm but there was a fan which worked well. Bed was amazing so comfy lovely pillows. Great shower. The Bistro was full in the evening, we booked ahead which I’d recommend, the food was amazing and again great staff.
− It was all very nice. The bathroom needed a bit of TLC especially the sink, but not enough to stop us staying again.

7.0The room was very clean, well- appointed and the beds were all super comfortable. It was easy to find and check in was straightforward. You can walk to the centre of town in no time. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at Bistro Lotte.
− As it was summer we needed to have the windows open which meant noise from traffic and customers standing outside the bar below.
Best stop in Frome, great for a one nighter when passing through.

− Not much atmosphere in the town, quiet for a bank holiday weekend!
