− Driving through Boise was not easy. The location of the hotel is the only thing I did not like, but that's out of the hotel's control.

Everything was so awesome! I recommend this place!

Comfortable beds, but overall a disappointing and underwhelming stay

The beds were extremely comfortable, the mattresses were pleasant, and the bedding was excellent. The bathroom was perfectly adequate, and when we reported a few maintenance issues, such as faulty electrical outlets, they were addressed promptly and repaired. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the quality of sleep was very good.

− When I booked a hotel from the Hilton chain, I expected something that would reflect an international standard. Instead, the experience felt closer to staying in a youth hostel. The design was very simple, bordering on cheap and generic, and the level of service fell well short of what I would associate with the Hilton brand. There was not even a bellhop, so guests were expected to handle their own luggage. The rooms themselves were fairly basic, and I found the unusual shower door design somewhat impractical; I never understood why a simple, properly closing door could not have been installed. Overall, despite some positive aspects, I would not choose to stay there again.

We ended up at this location after a 9-hour drive so my family of 4 (plus our pet cat) was beyond exhausted, hungry, and ready for showers and bed. Because the day had been so rough, I was an emotional wreck- literally couldn’t stop sobbing in the dining area to the point that I could not even eat the salad I’d ordered so I just got up and went to my room. The woman (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) working the bar/dining area was SO thoughtful that she had the chef make me another salad to-go and she gave it to my husband (who wasn’t blubbering into his food) to bring to me in the room. As I was walking to the room I’d grabbed some tissues from the front desk and the attendant (Coran?) was *genuinely* concerned for me and offered to give me an entire box of tissues and told me what time their shift was over if I needed anything before then (I didn’t. Their kindness was what ultimately calmed me down) Not only is this hotel conveniently located, PET FRIENDLY, exceptionally clean, and validates parking in the garage located directly beside it— it also has some of the most considerate, kind, thoughtful staff I’ve ever encountered in a hotel in my life. If I’m ever in Boise again, this is the only place I will stay and it is the only hotel in Boise I will ever recommend to anyone passing through.
