10.0I've stayed at this hotel several times for work trips and it's one of the best options in Waco, definitely my favorite in this area. The rooms are clean and simple, the front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff are all friendly and accommodating, and the lobby area is comfortable for working or having a quick dinner/drink at the end of the day. This hotel is well situated in the industrial/business area of Waco and seems to have frequent "regulars" (like me) who book it for every trip. It's walking distance to several decent chain restaurants when you need a bit of variety (you can also walk around the little lake when it's not too hot). When you're too tired to leave, the restaurant has a serviceable food menu with a decent burger and a handful of other options. The bartenders are friendly (Faith is my favorite) and even though it's a pretty standard hotel bar, they usually create fun seasonal cocktails so there's always something new to try. Any minor issues my colleagues or I have experienced during our stay have been corrected quickly. The fitness center and laundry facilities are both decent size and in good working order. Definitely recommend for business travelers!

7.0− The room was nice, the only one item:: The shower head didnt work properly spraying water outside of the shower no matter how we moved the shower head. Also the soap,shampoo and conditioner location were under the shower where my wife couldnt get to it w/o getting her hair wet. Thought it was weird to place the items at the front of the shower, rather than the back where you could get to it. Room: 320
