10.0The Hampton Inn at Rocky Hill is one of the best hotels in the area. The manager and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have stayed here more than two dozen times and never had any issues. The front desk manager Carrie goes above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She always recommends great restaurants in the area and always helps me out with my reservations.

8.0This hotel was probably the overall best that we have stayed in for our U-17 girls soccer team tournament travels in the last year. Lobby area was great for the included breakfasts each morning and for watching World Cup matches in the evening. Room was clean (showerhead was amazing!) and there was actually an alarm clock (becoming rare) and all electrical outlets and plenty of charging ports worked. Hallways were quiet, and sounds did not carry as we experienced in our last few hotel chains. We also rented the banquet room for a team dinner, and that was perfect. We did not use the indoor pool, but it looked very clean. There was a nice patio off of the pool with a propane firepit. Several in our party also used the fitness room. The only downside was the mattress and pillow quality. One of the front desk staff members was not very pleasant nor welcoming, but the rest were helpful and polite during our interactions. Grounds were clean and in good repair, and the area seemed quite safe. I would recommend staying here!

5.0The room was nice and the location was perfect for us. Most of the staff was really good.
− The rugs were worn out in many of the common areas. the dining room furniture is all torn up and dirty. The night staff girl was terrible. We did complain about her. She made us feel unsafe. She was not out front doing her job. The way she acted in front of other staff was much different than when she was on her own.
