8.0The staff here are incredibly friendly and make you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive. Breakfast is a highlight—not just for the food, but for the warm hospitality. You’re truly taken care of. The hotel itself is charming, and the top attic room offers a stunning view that makes the stay even more special. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, which can be a bit challenging if you're carrying luggage. Still, the overall experience more than makes up for it.

10.0Personal supernett und hilfsbereit! Lage war top, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon im 3. OG. Frühstück war sehr gut - auch war das Personal super! Es ist jetzt nicht „modern“ (Speiseraum schon) aber absolut passend zur Location! Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Wir würden uns wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden!

10.0Breakfast was generous. Really good family run hotel across the river from Cochem. It has great views of the castle. Parking tags are provided to park for free by the river. The hotel does not have parking at the facility but this was not a problem for us.
