10.0La piscina, del hecho que sea techada le da un muy buen plus. La camarera de pelito corto, un amor y muy preocupada. Que tenga A/C la habitación, se agradece mucho y la ubicación, cerca de todo.
− La recepcionista principal, la que está de día. Daba miedo pedirle algo jajajaa. Los demás un 7. Lo otro, vi a otro pasajeros que el valor noche era mas bajo que lo qie nos cobraron a nosotros. Eso no me gustó. Lo encontré injusto

− Que las instalaciones como gimnasio y spa no estuvieran disponibles en domingo.
De todos los hotele que visitamos en Arica este no nos gusto nada.
5.0Mmmm eran cómodas las camas.
− No nos dieron toallas de 3 personas, nos tuvimos que conseguir y solo nos dieron 1 dijeron que nos llevarían y nunca llegaron, por ende tuvimos que ocupar la misma 2 días. La entrada estaba sucia, no tenían piscina de agua caliente y la que había no se podía ocupar, el baño no estaba tan limpio, no había secador de pelo en las habitaciones, el estacionamiento estaba sucio, faltaba aseo en el espacio, la gente no era muy amable como que andaban enojados. Precio calidad era más alto, su valor era más elevado que hoteles de calidad de Arica como el apacheta o panamericano.
