Food is average. Drinks are low quality. Entertainment needs improvement. Some areas had the AC turned off. I give this hotel a 6 from a scale of 1-10.

It was the first time staying here and it was a wonderful experience! We loved how beautiful and clean it is and I can’t stress enough how wonderful our butler Oliver was! He went above and beyond and every time I return from now on I won’t stay unless he’s my butler!!! Debra with the entertain group was hilarious! All the staff at the restaurants were amazing! I will return to this amazing resort!
