Super Dirty, No Breakfast.

It was "okay", at most, for a place to sleep 1-2 nights, although the room had not been properly cleaned for years as it was seriously filthy with dirt and stains on floor and walls. Bed was clean though, which was good. The owners just might not care. I don't know. I discovered a huge cockroach when I visited the bathroom in the morning. Also, they didnt provide either breakfast nor airport-transfer even though it said so on Hotels.com. Staff was friendly, but I honestly cannot give the place a positive review, because they simply don't deserve it. You have to work on some things!

Room with no view, just noise.

I had a ground floor room right by the street and parking lot. I was there for 2 weeks and I wanted to switch rooms but was told that I couldn't. I had trouble getting clean towels and had to wait 2 days for toilet paper. This was one of my worst experiences in the Philippines. Breakfast was over at 8 am so you have to get up early after listening to dogs barking all night, noise from traffic and of course several roosters. Not a pleasant stay.

Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht. Es war zwar sehr sehr günstig und man kann dafür dann auch nicht viel erwarten aber das Waschbecken ist fast abgefallen und der Duschkopf inkl. Boiler ging nur noch auf halb acht. Duschen wollten wir dort definitiv nicht!

Ideal location, easy check in and check out, free water (hot and cold) spacious room, quiet enough at night. Staff quite elusive (walk downstairs and find 3 people in the lobby, stand at the reception desk and look about to see if they work there, no-one comes so you ring the bell and one of the 3 gets up to help despite seeing you there waiting...), no initiative and not particularly helpful. Bathroom super dirty, was really unpleasant. Needs a good scrub and actually cleaning with cleaning products. Loads of small flies living in sink so when you turn on the tap they all fly out everywhere. Too expensive for the quality.

Friendly staff who guided me to hang my washed clothes upstairs. Free drinking water. Comfy room with airconditioning. Great location to find food, transport and walking distance to ferry terminal. Negatives: wifi did NOT work in the room, water pressure was abysmal (better use shower bucket).

The younger staff were helpful but not too personable. I felt like I was always interrupting them from using their cell phones.
