Je viens à Barcelone deux fois par an, et cet appartement sera désormais mon endroit préféré pour mes séjours. Nous y re
8.0L’appartement est vraiment top ! Très propre, spacieux et avec une magnifique terrasse. Il est idéalement situé, proche de tous les commerces et des principaux lieux stratégiques de Barcelone pour les touristes. Les transports sont également très accessibles : bus, métro et stations de taxi à proximité. Un excellent séjour, je recommande vivement ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
− Concernant la panne d’ascenseur que j’ai rencontrée le jour de mon départ, je considère cela comme un simple coup de malchance, même si j’étais au 5ᵉ étage. Je me permets également une remarque dans un objectif d’amélioration continue et de satisfaction client. Pour un long séjour comme le mien, de 14 nuitées, il serait intéressant de prévoir davantage de produits d’entretien et, pourquoi pas, un service de nettoyage à partir de 7 nuitées. Cela pourrait être un véritable plus pour les clients et également dans l’intérêt de l’établissement. Par exemple, pour un séjour de 3 nuitées, un service d’entretien est généralement prévu avant le départ. De la même manière, pour un séjour plus long, un passage de l’équipe d’entretien à mi-séjour serait très apprécié. C’est simplement une suggestion constructive concernant le service d’entretien, afin d’améliorer encore davantage l’expérience des clients.
