Okay for a night but run down. Staff were helpful but not very professional.

3.0− The facilities are so out dated and almost all of their elevators were out of order. One elevator had only one lightbulb in it. They need serious help in their maintenance department. I won consistently at Montego Bay and then lost it all at the nugget. The fire alarm went off 3 times early in the morning and the front desk wouldn’t answer it took 4 calls to get ahold of them to tell us it was a false alarm. We ordered food to go from the cafe and our order was wrong and it took almost an hour to get the food. Spend the money to stay at Montego Bay.
Do not book a room here!
2.0We had room 406 in the Tower; no blankets; had to call for some; a lamp with no lampshade; no switch to turn it on; no coffeemaker; no refrigerator; no microwave; bathroom needs updating; bathroom sink's drain not working correcting; shower head wobbles; shower mixing handle not working correctly; no charging stations for phones or tablets; we did have towels, TP, and kleenex. We had a TV. We paid $162.00 for this room; we will look elsewhere in West Wendover next time.
