9.0Парковка есть. До виллы надо спустится вниз по дорожке которая проходит через джунгли. Идти не сложно. Вилла просторная, внутри все как на фото. На вилле есть все необходимое. Чисто. Кровать и подушки были удобные. Хорошая сантехника, вода горячая была всегда. Персонал очень старается сделать все для комфорта гостей. Нам каждый вечер приходили и подготавливали виллу ко сну, закрывали все жалюзи на окнах, и на кровать опускали балдахин. Завтрак приносили в то время когда мы хотели. Завтрак брали два раза, в целом нормально, но кофе можно было бы улучшить, и гранола с йогуртом мне не понравилась. Есть последний чай, где вы можете попробовать всякие вкусности. Есть бассейн, но мы не плавали. В целом прибывание было комфортным. Все хорошо.
− Единственный минус - отсутствие вида, хотя на Букинг написано Вилла с видом на сад, но его по факту нет, только на втором этаже где спальня видно в окно сад, а так вилла окружена забором. Меня это огорчило, так как я хотела хоть какого-то вида.

6.0Der personal was super nice and very supportive. In general, the villa is just very beautiful and comfortable
− Overall, our stay was okay, mainly thanks to the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. However, there are several areas that urgently need improvement and should be addressed more honestly in the listing. ### Cleanliness & Maintenance - Some of the flooring near the pool and around the villa has become very rotten due to the rain. In certain areas, I genuinely felt uncomfortable stepping on it. - The pool requires proper cleaning, especially around the inner edges. - The villa itself could be much cleaner overall. - The bathroom and especially the bathroom windows should be cleaned thoroughly. ### Kitchen - The kitchen area for our breakfast looked not very hygienic. Because of this, we did not feel comfortable ordering breakfast every day.. Accuracy of the Listing - To be fair and transparent, the pictures on Booking.com should definitely be updated. - The property also does not feel like a 5-star accommodation. In our opinion, a 3-star rating would be more realistic. Additional Note - There were occasionally a few geckos inside the villa during our stay. They personally did not bother me, but future guests should know about it in advance if they are sensitive to that. Positive Aspect Despite the issues mentioned above, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. With some relatively small improvements, this place could offer a much better overall experience.
