8.0Deutsch Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden! Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich. Es gibt einen Indoor- und einen Outdoor-Spielplatz sowie einen schönen, sauberen Pool, der auch für Nichtschwimmer und Kleinkinder bestens geeignet ist. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, überwiegend indonesisch und schmeckt sehr gut. Auch der Kaffee ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und völlig in Ordnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der erstklassige Service – das gesamte Personal ist superfreundlich, schnell und professionell. Insgesamt ist das Hotel ein ruhiger und entspannter Ort, an dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. English Overall, we were very satisfied! The hotel is very family-friendly. It offers both an indoor and an outdoor playground, as well as a beautiful, clean swimming pool that is perfect for non-swimmers and young children. The breakfast is plentiful, mainly Indonesian, and very tasty. The coffee is excellent as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is first-class, and the entire staff are extremely friendly, fast, and professional. Overall, the hotel is a quiet and relaxing place where we felt very comfortable. Bahasa Indonesia Secara keseluruhan, kami sangat puas! Hotel ini sangat ramah untuk keluarga. Tersedia taman bermain indoor dan outdoor, serta kolam renang yang bersih dan nyaman, juga sangat cocok untuk anak kecil dan tamu yang belum bisa berenang. Sarapannya beragam, didominasi masakan Indonesia, dan rasanya sangat enak. Kopinya juga sangat enak. Kamarnya bersih dan nyaman. Pelayanannya kelas satu, dengan seluruh staf yang sangat ramah, cepat, dan profesional. Außerdem wirkt das Hotel insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier und da gibt es kleinere Mängel, die mit etwas mehr Instandhaltung leicht behoben werden könnten. Selain itu, hotel ini sudah mulai terlihat usianya dan terdapat beberapa kekurangan kecil di beberapa bagian yang dapat diperbaiki dengan perawatan yang lebih baik. Meski demikian, secara keseluruhan hotel tetap bersih dan terawat.

9.0The bfast is world class! Plenty of options, tasty & excellent services. Nadya & her colleagues at reception were very helpful & friendly, much appreciated. Close to the Airport & suprrb free shuttle. Excellent garden
