9.0Hôtel calme à proximité de la vieille ville (15 minutes à pieds). Le personnel est adorable. Les chambres sont propres. Bon rapport qualité prix (mais ce n’est pas un 5* 😉)

10.0This is a lovely small hotel with a great staff, excellent common areas. There is a shared kitchen facility which is good for preparing snacks, fruit and drinks. The location is on a quiet street between Paseo Montejo and Parque la Plancha, with plenty of opportunities for interesting walks.

9.0La atención del personal, sobre todo Edgar que siempre se mostró muy atento, también las personas que nos atendieron en el desayuno fueron muy amables y serviciales.Facil aparcar en la calle y la habitación grande. Las zonas comunes son muy bonitas.
− El Wifi nunca funcionó en la habitación 1, fuimos a decirlo y nos dijeron de coger otra linea, la cual tampoco funcionó. Cuando llegamos a la habitación había champú y acondicionador pero no gel, lo comentamos a la chica que habia en recepción si podíamos tener gel y a la mañana siguiente se llevaron el acondicionador y nos dejaron gel, no lo entendimos muy bien.
