4.0La partie restaurant est propre et le personnel agréable
− La partie hôtel est une catastrophe. La chambre familiale est délabrée, vieille, sale ;( Elle mérite un sacré rafraîchissement. Et pas de climatisation ! Une chaleur étouffante ! C'est dommage car la chambre est grande et pratique
Emplacement idéal. Personnel très accueillant. L'hôtel manque un peu de fraîcheur et de climatisation en plein été.

7.0En plein centre de Castelnaudary et facilemznt acczssible a vélo. Nois avons pu mettre tous nos vélos dans le local et avons passé u. Excellent moment au restaurant. Le personnel est arrangeant. La personne en charge du ménage et du petit dejeuner n'etait pas au courant que nous avions reservé pour le petit dejeuner, elle a fait en sorte que nous en ayons un. Merci a elle!
