2.0I stayed at Sidra Alia AL-DAHABI Hotel from September 19 to 22, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did the hotel manager argue with me and try to force an early check-out without a valid reason, but the staff also misbehaved with my elderly parents, showing a complete lack of respect and professionalism. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any setting, especially in the hospitality industry, where care and courtesy should be the foundation of service. We felt disrespected, uncomfortable, and completely let down. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone — especially to families or elderly guests. I hope the management takes serious action to improve their behavior and treatment of guests.
