4.0A little on the run down side of things, noisy people upstairs, but clean and conveniently located. Very disappointed that the dryer on site damaged several items of clothing. Management showed no interest in talking about a little credit or reimbursement to make up for it.

8.0has a very nice view from the hill to the bay and ocean. Very green area. I was hoping to see some wild animals but not successful!
