6.0Room was clean modern comfortable. I had family room which was ok after 10.30 at night due to its location. It was very noisy from been located above the bar, you could hear everything not really suitable if i had brought my youngest 2 children. Parking is limited in evenings.
Areas for improvement
6.0Nice greeting when I arrived and shown to my room which was brightly decorated with a nice comfortable bed. Bathroom was quite small and cramped but functional. The quality of housekeeping both in the public areas and also my room was pretty dreadful and definitely could do with improvement. An irritation, the red on/off button on the tv remote didn't work (fortunately I've had experience in other hotels!). These should be checked as part of the Housekeeper's duties. Dinner was very average and service was rushed. Breakfast was better than average. Would I stay there again : not sure.
