Un super sejour dans l’hotel au centre de Smokovec. Chambre propre et spacieuse avec la vue sur les montagnes. Bon petit dejeuner et copieux. Acceuil agreable.Parking gratuit derriere l’hotel. Wifi gratuit.

Die junge Dame am Empfang, die das Check-in und Check-out durchgeführt hat, ist leider furchtbar unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Die Dame, die am zweiten Tag dafür gesorgt hat, das Zimmer wechseln zu können, ist hingegen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre definitiv hinter sich. In meinem ersten Zimmer konnte man die Balkontüre zwar öffnen, aber danach nicht mehr schliessen. Nach einer Nacht konnte ich das Zimmer wechseln. Hier ging die Balkontüre, dafür hatte ich den Handtuchhalter in der Hand, als ich das Handtuch aufhängen wollte. Dasselbe ist mir mit dem Geländer im Treppenhaus passiert. Frühstück ist akzeptabel, aber auch nicht mehr. Positiver Aspekt: die zentrale Lage und die Parkplätze direkt hinter dem Haus.
