8.0The first impression was good. Gardens are neat. Room was a very nice size. Staff was very friendly and helpful
− Television did not work with netflix. Staff tried to fix it and wanted to move me to another room, but I was already settled in. Basin in the bathroom was cracked. The shower door didn't close properly. Found hair in the shower. I expected more from a 4-star place.

− I booked a family room and this was not provided. We also booked at Airport Gardens Boutique and were taken to their sister accommodation which was not communicated to us prior. They did not have a family room available and so had to out mattreses on the floor.
