10.0Apartamentos espaçosos, máquina de lavar e secar, fogão, forno elétrico, geladeira, secador de cabelo no banheiro, torradeira, cafeteira e utensílios básicos de cozinha. Perfeito para ficar uma temporada sem problemas.
Melhor estadia que ja fiquei
10.0A localização excelente, liga o melhor lugar de bc com avenidas do comercio e praias. Do lado tem carrefour, adegas, farmácias..tudo tudo..alem de maquina de lavar, chuveiro top, cama e enxoval novinhos. Tem acessorios de cozinha completo. Com ctza voltarei. Podem reservar sem medo
Precisa de reforma urgente
8.0O apartamento 31 está mal conservado, precisa de uma reforma. Já peguei opção melhor no mesmo prédio em 2022, mas desta vez fiquei um pouco desapontado com o que peguei. O atendimento continua excepcional, os apontamentos que fiz no primeiro dia foram prontamente atendidos (Tv que não funcionava, tomada sem espelho de proteção e prateleira do banheiro caindo), enviaram um manutencista pra resolver estes pontos. Entretanto o odor no imóvel está forte (mofo?), além disso atrás do espelho (solto) do banheiro tem um buraco com fiação exposta. Como viajei sozinho, ignorei, mas com crianças seria muito perigoso. A localização continua excelente, mas lembre-se que é um apart-hotel. Na próxima vou preferir ficar no hotel dos mesmos proprietários (Palmas Executivo), pelo atendimento, proximidade ao Shopping e excelente custo benefício.

6.0O apartamento é confortável, oferece uma estrutura muito boa, cozinha equipada. O único porém do apartamento foi o aparecimento de baratas (não somente uma, algumas), entrei em contato e eles foram bem solícitos em resolver o problema, oferecendo limpeza do apartamento, mas o problema foi a resposta dada a mim, de que o aparecimento de baratas neste apartamento tem sido recorrentes, se ele tem sido um problema recorrente… como eles continuam disponibilizando o mesmo sem resolver o problema? Enfim, minha única crítica ao apartamento, o resto está de acordo com a descrição.
