2.0Had a lot of transients / city workers, which left the carpet unclean, changed rooms three times due to it. The third was cleaner but we had to request the bathroom be cleaned. At one point my wife felt unsay returning to our room and asked the front desk to walk her to the room due to one occupant.

4.0Lobby was newly redone, no elevator so you take stairs where the carpet is coming off and the steps are falling apart (coming down you feel like you’re going to slip off). 2nd floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room was newly painted and redecorated but the floors were carpet and stained and very dirty. Bed sheets had stains. Bed was also very uncomfortable. We did not know you had to request housekeeping and there in nobody on the property between 10pm-6am so we did not get fresh towels and only had 1 roll of toilet paper. We won’t be staying again.
