1.0− I book a comfy room I went there by 12:30 They make me wait till 2pm I know I understand the check in time is 2pm but when I went to the counter the reception told me there r no rooms free yet so I have to wait I keep on checking with the same lady till 1:45pm but still she said no rooms free yet And around at 1:55pm the lady was on break I went to the other counter that’s was her reply”oh yah u booked a comfy room it’s free” So means what the lady before what she was choking for me was just a common room booking This is really sad and I won’t b booking theu this system and I won’t b going back again to Camlux hotel
