Asking for a full Re-fund which is proving difficult I don’t know why as it is not a hotel.
1.0Nothing, my wife called the property to be told the no longer owned the property 🤷♂️
− It is now used as a Care Home with Hospital Beds filled with OAP’s on the ground floor it shouldn’t be on Booking.com website

− Basic room, glass door was broken, Interior was like a child's bedroom, no elevator, staff were strange and confusing, found a cockroach, checked out early after 3 days.
