10.0Lovely warm welcome as always. Clean and warm (nights are getting colder now) comfy bed as always and very nice dinner and breakfast. Excellent service from all the team.

8.0The hotel is in the most beautiful spot overlooking Rocquaine Bay. Accessible walks from the hotel and bus service very good. Only 10 minutes from the airport. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Dining room really good, with a good varied menu, lovely food, excellent service and wonderful views over the bay.

4.0The location of the property is good but the property is dated and the room was uncomfortable to stay in because it felt dirty. There were large stains on the lamp shade, the blind was dirty and looked like a child had trimmed the bottom of it. Staff were at the customer entrance in the car park smoking and swearing, which was not nice.
