7.0La ubicación es genial cerca del ADO y muy cercano al transporte y lugares para comer
− El horario de la alberca cierra a las 7 y llevando niños no es muy conveniente, la regadera en el baño sale muy poca agua, me gustaría que el restaurante tuviera un horario más extendido

6.0Únicamente la ubicación es perfecta todo lo demás deja mucho ya que desear
− La actitud del personal es muy grosera las instalaciones ya se ven viejas el baño no salía bien agua de la regadera y salía mucho el olor a cañeria y olía en toda la habitación el horario de la alberca es corto y adicional no la abren a la hora q dice y est sucia la están limpiando a las 12 del día

3.0The address near Cancun’s city centre is fine.
− Where to begin? Booking photos are far from reality. Rooms are very small and very dark - most have windows leading to corridors not outside. Unfomfortable beds and pillows. Very noisy AC. Very noisy hotel overall. Unking personnel. Very basic breakfast. Rather unpleasant experience.
