6.0El ambiente es muy agradable y bonito La atención en el hotel luego de haber iniciado su turno, fue muy buena La comida muy buena también La limpieza excelente
− El aire acondicionado se encuentra bloqueado para el ajuste del huésped y pudimos comprobar que estaba ajustado a 29 grados, lo que provocó un calor insoportable. Esto luego de haber solicitado cambio de habitación por ese motivo. El baño de la primera habitación debe ser remodelado ya que tiene fallas de mantenimiento Cuando llegamos, a las 17 horas, no había recepcionista y debimos llamar y esperar a que apareciera una persona y darnos las llaves.

3.0El desayuno era a las 9 de la mañana, lo cual entre semana es muy tarde para la gente que trabaja. De hecho no pude tomarlo y lo perdí porque no podía esperar. Y el hotel no tuvo la sensibilidad de ofrecerlo algo más pronto.
− Las habitaciones son muy antiguas, así como el baño. Pero sobre todo la limitación del desayuno es nefasta.
