− บ้านอยู่ลึกมากไกลจากชายหาดมากๆในบ้านก็เหม็นอับ ที่นอนเก่าและแข็งมากประตูห้องขึ้นราทุกห้อง สรุปอยู่ไม่ได้จองไป3วันเข้าไปนั่งได้ไม่ถึงชั่วโมง ต้องออก

5.0The location is fine—advertised as "beachfront" with a distance of 1 meter from the beach. Reality check: it's closer to 700 meters, so plan for some unexpected cardio if you're traveling with small kids. On the bright side, the resort is quiet and gated, which makes it feel calm and safe.
− The house is advertised as accommodating 8 to 12 people. Impressive claim for a place with three bedrooms that comfortably sleep six people max. As for the promised futon beds? Nowhere to be found. We improvised by dragging a sofa into one of the bedrooms, which gave us the added bonus of discovering the house’s hidden treasure: layers of dust and debris under the beds and sofa that seem to have been untouched since construction. A cleaning service must have been on permanent vacation. There were only six towels provided for a house supposedly catering to up to 12 guests. We reached out to the hosts about this... and are still waiting for a reply (forever, it seems). The microwave was an interesting piece of art—it lit up beautifully but didn’t actually warm anything. The induction cooktop was a nice touch, but without any induction-compatible cookware, its usefulness was more theoretical than practical.

− - property description does not meet reality, read below - it's more than 1km away from sea, not 150m as advertised - swimming pool around 500m from house, shared with other people in the same complex - it is not a private pool - no sea view from terrace - the view was to opposite side (we saw only another similar villa) - only 3 bathrooms, not 4 - it was hard to set AC temperature, remote controllers didn't work properly - extremely hard beds - it was almost like sleeping on the floor - host doesnt communicate at all during stay - don't recommend to anyone without a car - we left a day early, extremely dissapointed
