10.0Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie bringen das Gepäck kostenlos zum Hafen bzw. holen es für einen von dort ab. Kostenloser Fahrradverleih, top Lage, Frühstück zu gewünschter Zeit aufs Zimmer, der private Pool ist auch wunderschön und alles sehr sauber. Wir würden immer wieder hier her kommen.

9.0We truly enjoyed our time here. The villa provides everything you could possibly need. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. This island is a paradise for everyone who appreciates peace, gorgeous beaches, and beautiful nature.

8.0La grande gentillesse du personnel. Le prêt de vélos. La salle de bain extérieure. Les frangipaniers dans le jardin et leur cascades de fleurs. La terrasse et la piscine sont petits mais agréables pour prendre le petit déjeuner et se baigner. La piscine et l'hébergement sont propres. Le petit déjeuner est servi en chambre jusqu'à 11h. Le staff nous a accompagné jusqu'au port le jour du depart avec nos valises sur leur vélos!
− L'hotel est un peu excentré par rapport aux quartiers animés et le quartier n'est pas très joli. L'environnement est bruyant : la clim est bruyante, les coqs du voisinage chantent à toutes heures du jour et de la nuit, l'hotel est très proche de la mosquée et le volume des appels à la priere est élevé. On entend celui de l'aube même avec des boules quies.

10.0Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The communication even before our arrival was outstanding. Every single question and request was answered quickly, and nothing was too much trouble. The team made us feel welcome long before we arrived. The service was simply the best I have ever experienced. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. You can really tell that the staff puts their heart into what they do. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gili Air. Thank you for making our trip so special!

− El baño al estar al aire libre daba el sol por la mañana en el lavabo, por lo que sí dejabas el neceser ahí se recalentaba
