Cant miss weingut in the Lieser/Bernkastel-Kues area!
9.0Absolutely cannot miss a stay at Weingut Gindorf! This is a family run gastehaus; its just them! The family is super kind and welcomed us with open arms. We had a wine tasting where they actually sat down and had a full conversation with us for almost 3 hours! Their wines are also incredible and almost illegally cheap. We signed up for the wine club at the end, but I'll for sure be back regardless. I'd give them 11 stars if i could. Also super pet-friendly and The free breakfast was really good and filling with fresh bread from the local bakery.
− Ask for a room on the 1st floor if possible; our room was on the 2nd floor and those rooms are dated and hotter. 1st floor rooms were cooler and had been renovated recently. It didnt dampen our experience, but it would have been nice to have a room that was a bit cooler for sleeping.
