9.0La colazione ottima e varia. La camera silenziosa. Vicinanza al lungomare e alla nuova tramvia che collega Montesilvano a Pescara. La sanificazione dei telecomandi del televisore e del condizionatore non scontata nemmeno in hotel di alto livello...top
− Parcheggio libero che nei periodi di alta stagione potrebbe creare problemi..per esperienza trentennale. Non essere accolti da nessuno ma host contattabile al telefono...purtroppo una prassi sempre più consueta.
