10.0La residenza San Lorenzo Tre est dans une des vieilles demeures historiques du centre de Todi, à deux pas sur le flanc de la cathédrale. La propriétaire est pleine de charme, de culture, d'amabilité, et très disponible à aider par ses conseils. La résidence se trouve dans les étages supérieurs, avec des chambres belles et superbement meublées (tout l'espace est une sorte de musée familial regorgeant de meubles et peintures des XVII, XVIIIe et XIXe siècles), une très belle salle pour le petit déjeuner, et une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la cathédrale. Le rapport qualité/prix nous a semblé absolument excellent. Nous recommandons sans hésitation ! Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir eu assez de temps pour profiter de la terrasse...
− Le seul tout petit point est lié à la climatisation de la chambre, peut-être un peu bruyante. Comme nous étions là durant ces semaines de canicule début juillet, il était difficile de ne pas l'utiliser, et nous nous sommes réveillés divers fois. Mais il faut dire que normalement, à Todi, même en juin ou en septembre (et souvent une grande partie de l'été), c'est un problème non-existant (la ville est très aérée, et sur une colline en Ombrie). Peut-être faudra-t-il à terme remplacer les climatiseurs existants par des modèles plus silencieux (mais je suis mauvais dormeur, et je ne parle pas d'un gros problème).
