− At arrival they asked me to submit 300 pounds as deposit otherwise they would refuse me to check in, even if I had prepaid the full cost of my stay. Room had no heating. No heating at all.

Only downside was apartment was 4 floors up with no lift.

8.0The apartment they gave us was on the 5th floor with no elevator. We had four suitcases, but the staff at the Commodore Hotel helped us a lot. The building was recently renovated, but the AC didn’t work and it was too hot to sleep. So we moved to the basement unit. It was cool and clean. The beds and mattresses were comfortable. There were a few small issues with the TV and toaster, but the hotel staff were really helpful.
