− A little bit old furniture and carpets, some damage on the walls. Not perfectly clean.

− تجربة سيئة جدًا! لقينا فار في الصالة، ولما بلغناهم قالوا لنا ندخل غرفة النوم ونسكر الباب بمنشفة، لكن للأسف لقينا فار ثاني عند راسي جنب السرير! وحتى شنطتنا دخلها فار وقرض كيس البسكوت وأكل منه. المشكلة إنهم كانوا يبغونا نكمل إقامتنا بنفس الشقة بعد تنظيفها، مع إن النظافة من الأساس سيئة، حتى الشراشف والأرضيات مو نظيفة. كيف نضمن ما فيه فيران ثانية؟ اضطرينا نحجز فندق ثاني على حسابنا. وفوق هذا كله، دخل علينا موظف وموظفة بدون ما يدقون الباب أو يبلغونا، وإحنا بملابس البيت، وهذا انتهاك لخصوصيتنا. تجربة مرعبة وما أنصح أحد يسكن عندهم.

− خدمة سيئه ، حطوني في الطابق الثالث بدون مصعد ، مو حاطين مويه في الغرفه ، السرير صغير لنفرين ، يمكن 1.3 ، والاستقبال في جهه والشقق في جهه ، صوت الارضيه يطرقع وانت تمشي ، ولا تنفع بريال ، ونسينا الشطاف عندهم ويوم رجعنا لهم قالو مافي شي ، والله ما اقول لكم الا اللي صار ،

− At arrival they asked me to submit 300 pounds as deposit otherwise they would refuse me to check in, even if I had prepaid the full cost of my stay. Room had no heating. No heating at all.
