I honestly write down what I actually felt after staying, strengths and weaknesses.
7.01.It was good that the host Christian cared about it carefully. There was a section where the train reservation for the Varenna train in Milan was suddenly changed, and Christian contacted me in advance so I was able to arrive safely without panicking. 2.The location is so good. The taxi fare was 20 euros each way due to its high location, but it was also close to the train station & ferry, and most of all, the Villa Monastero is a 2-minute walk away, so the location is really good. 3.The view from the pool is really beautiful.
− 1.I saw ants and bugs in the bedroom and suffered a lot for more than 6days because they were bitten in many places and it was itchy. It's better to consider those who are sensitive to bugs. 2.There were many grasses and trees around, so it was hard to catch bees in the room. 3.The grass on the floor of the pool looked like artificial turf, but it was torn off. The trees on the edge of the pool are shaking, so it would be good to fix them firmly. I think we should check the bedsand all facilities in every corner carefully. I think I'll be able to use it again if the benefits are improved. Thank you so much Christian, and I hope the bugs and facility inconveniences I mentioned will be improved and done better.

10.0Christian the manager was fantastic, he gave us some great tips and booked us a table at a restaurant. The room was fantastic, clean and comfortable.

10.0Our plane was delayed and they stayed in communication with us and met us there after hours to let us in. They were so gracious and then our train leaving was cancelled due to a tree down and they arranged for us to get to our next stop to board the Bernina Express! They shared a local boat tour which was phenomenal! Location is excellent!
