Insgesamt ein unzumutbarer Zustand. Wir waren im Rahmen einer Fortbildung da und da gleichzeitig Weinfest in Binissalem

− Unsauber. Überall Flecken (Sofa, Decken, Kissen, Wände) Moderiger schimmeliger Geruch. Schimmel an der Decke im Bad, der mässige Versuch es zu überdecken. Klimaanlage aus der grüne Flüssigkeit läuft und Flecken an den Wänden hinterlässt. Man ist mitten auf einem Acker. Inklusive Arbeitern drumherum…die in aller früh anfangen Lärm zu machen. Pool voller toter Insekten. In der Nähe ein Tierheim wo nachts die Tiere jaulen, weil sie vermutlich eingesperrt werden. Matratzen die man mit der Hand zusammendrücken kann. Topper der einfach aus unverkleidetem Schaumstoff besteht. Der Aussenbereich ist so abgerockt…viele Gerätschaften besonders die Kinderecke sind voller Rost. Wasserpumpe fällt aus, dann sitzt man da ohne Wasser ( auch die Toilette funktioniert dann nicht)

7.0The house itself is great. Fantastic outdoor space. Liked the pool and the table tennis. Nice location with lots of birds.
− It needed some maintenance. The air conditioning didn't work properly in the 2nd bedroom, the door didn't shut to the 2nd bedroom. The air condition in the main room wasn't working til we worked out that the batteries were dead and exchanged them. The TV didn't work and after a few days the wifi broke down which was bad as our son needed to do some revision work for his school exams. We send a message to the owners, but they only replied by saying send us the booking number which is rather strange as they had the booking number, clearly. The light in the kitchen didn't work. There was no plug in the sink to do the washing up. There was no soap in the toilet and and only one toilet roll for 8 days.

7.0Quiet location, carage for bikes, pool, everything you need in kitchen, easy check-in
− Cleanliness should be improved; floors, dishes, stove, sofa, sun beds etc were dirty, linen&towels ok. Master bed missed mattress topper, only spring mattress which was hard and noisy. Moldy smell especially in master bedroom. Yard/terrace not cozy, more industrial-like. Threatening tone of the instructions is something decent people won't appreciate, how about please and thank you instead of all the musts and forbids 🤔 Communication with the management agency felt heavy, always different people answering and had to ask and explain same things repeatedly.
