All you need but cold house.
7.0- The kitchen is fully equiped - The house has everything a group of people could need - Jaime (the house owner) is a super friendly and nice guy - Caimari is peaceful and quiet
− - The house is definitively a summer house which means its cold outside summer and heating with the AC is not so nice because the air is dry (bring some slippers for the cold floor) - The hot water supply is not sufficient for 3-4 people to have a hot shower around the same timeframe
