9.0Da es sich um eine Ferienwohnung handelt, ist die Frühstücksqualität von jedem selbst abhängig. Aber die Gesamtausstattung der Küche vom Gasherd, über den Kühl-Eisschrank, Waschmaschine bis zur Geschirrspülmaschine war top. Drei Schlafzimmer mit Bäder + großes Wohnzimmer sind großzügige Räumlichkeiten, dazu zwei Terrassen und Balkone. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.
− Weitere Handtücher wären wünschenswert, obwohl WM vorhanden. Die gute Lage hat natürlich akustische Nachteile, aber man ist ja auch in Spanien.

− Etwas muffiger Geruch an den ersten Tagen, Spülmaschine reinigte nicht richtig, musste nachgespült werden, fehlende Bettdecke im Kinderbett die am letzten Tag noch geliefert wurde
Experiencia decepcionante - casa descuidada y no mantenida
4.0− Nuestra estancia en esta casa no fue buena, principalmente por el estado general del alojamiento y la falta de mantenimiento. La limpieza fue más que deficiente: los exteriores están completamente abandonados y en el interior encontramos porquería debajo del sofá (gusanitos, una pelota, tierra…). Los grifos carecen de dosificador. Los fogones de la cocina estaban sucios, las ollas y sartenes tenían los mangos sueltos y los fondos negros. Además, la cocina tenía constantemente olor a gas, lo cual resulta muy desagradable y preocupante. El lavavajillas solo funciona en modo ECO, que tarda más de tres horas, y aun así no deja los platos limpios. Los cuchillos de mesa también tenían los mangos flojos. Al llegar, no había menaje suficiente para el número de personas que nos hospedábamos y faltaban utensilios básicos de cocina (como unas tijeras, aunque esto fue solucionado después por la propiedad). En general, el mantenimiento y la limpieza dejan muchísimo que desear. No recomendaría este alojamiento hasta que se realice una limpieza profunda y se solucionen los múltiples problemas de mantenimiento.

− The property was not clean. The dishwasher and kitchen hood didn’t work. Even the broom was broken. During our 9 days stay we met cockroaches inside of the rooms

9.0Wonderful house. High quality furniture. It is convenient that there is a separate room for drying clothes and for ironing and washing. There is an area where children could play ball. The large balcony was suitable for morning yoga. There is a nice place to relax in the fresh air. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook a delicious dinner. The house is also very conveniently located, not far from cool beaches and good for traveling around the island. Some of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca are 10 to 20 minutes away by car. And you can also swim on the beach, which is a five-minute walk from our house. We liked everything
