8.0Posizione strategica, casa tipica, spazio esterno, parcheggio nella proprietà, buona comunicazione da parte di homerti, casa grande.
− Mancanza aria condizionata, si faceva molta fatica a dormire, bagno molto datato, cauzione bloccata per un mese sinceramente troppo. La parte sopra con le sdraio non è come si vede in foto, le sdraio sono vetuste e l'accesso è nascosto dietro la casa non è interno.
Ruhe, Erholung, Entspannung, Natur und viele zwitschernde Vögel. Ein Traum auf dem Land.
10.0Die kleine Finca ist der Hammer. Wir haben dort herrliche Tage verbracht. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Mitten in der Insel. Jedes Ziel ist mit dem Mietwagen in 45 Minuten erreichbar gewesen. Montuiri selbst ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Die Aussicht in das Tal, die umliegenden Felder und vereinzelt verstreuten Fincas tragen zu einem sehr malerischen Aufenthalt bei. Jeder der Ruhe sucht wird sie hier finden. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Sogar Brot haben wir einmal gebacken. Es gibt genügend Geschirr und Besteck. Das Bad ist klein und einfach, aber genau so stellt man sich eine Finca auf dem Land vor. Weiße Fliesen mit einer zarten blauen Bordüre. Im Wohnbereich lädt ein gemütliches Sofa am Abend zum ruhigen Ausklang des Tages ein. Den Esstisch im Bereich nebendran haben wir nur als Ablagetisch benutzt. Jede Mahlzeit haben wir draußen auf der Terrasse im Eingangsbereich eingenommen. Das großzügige Vordach schützt vor Sonne und Regen. Auch die Sonnenliegen haben wir genutzt. Es ist der perfekte Ort zum Entschleunigen. Wir haben uns komplett in diese kleine Finca verliebt. Die Tage waren einfach herrlich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter / der betreuenden Firma Homerti war super. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 15 Punkte vergeben. Leider ist 10 die höchste Zahl. Also 10 von 10 !!!!

Good hause in the reasonable budget
8.0Really nice calm hause in the middle of the island. Good quality in compare to the price. Very helpful landlord. Good internet. Everything was there.
