6.0El personal es fantástico siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades, si pudiera darles 6 estrellas se las daría sin dudarlo. La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca del mar y con zona para aparcar con relativa facilidad. El número de habitaciones y baños, así como de terrazas, estupendo. Nos dejaron algunos productos en la cocina antes de la llegada, todo un detalle.
− La casa es una típica casa mallorquina que necesita algunos arreglos, principalmente los baños. Todos los baños son muuuuy viejos. En un alojamiento por el que se pagan casi 1000€ al día no es de recibo que te apetezca meterte en la ducha con chanclas. El lavavajillas... para cambiar. El problema de las cucarachas para algunos es bastante importante. Se podría fumigar con cierta periodicidad, sellar bien los posibles accesos al interior de la vivienda, poner señales acústicas anticucarachas... Creo que es un punto que deberían mejorar bastante.

8.0Nice and close to a local beach, all amenities and bus stop. Lots of space for our family, plenty bathrooms everything we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed the bbq.

7.0The house has an excellent location close to the sea, bars, shops, restaurants etc. Disposes with 7 rooms, big kitchen an living room. The rooms are comfortable and most of them big.
− There was mold in some of the bathrooms and we found also cockroaches in the house, which was a bit annoying.

A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Note that water is included in the reservation and a maximum of 50 EUR worth of other expenses as electricity and heating. All properties have a visible measurer that guest can check. All consume above those 50 EUR will be charge as per 0.35 EUR/kWh.
