8.0Zentrale aber ruhige Lage, viel Platz für viele Personen, schöner begrünter Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Pool war überragend + Pooltücher, zwei Kühlschränke, klare und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer
− Komplettes Obergeschoss ohne Klimaanlage, paar Ameisen in der Küche, Schlafzimmer haben wenig Stauraum/Ablage (zusätzliche Kommoden fehlen)

9.0Durch insgesamt 6 Badezimmer im Haus, zum Teil direkt ans Zimmer anschließend ist das Haus perfekt für große Gruppen. Außerdem sind der Pool, der Garten und die Terasse rund ums Haus perfekt um in der Villa zu entspannen.
