Tout est très bien dans cette maison, emplacement, propreté, équipements, terrasse... excepté que pour les périodes chaudes il manque un équipement indispensable : la climatisation. En inter saison cette propriété est parfaite ! Merci aux propriétaires pour leur réactivité concernant un ventilateur.

Very good location, only a few minutes walk into the town, which is very busy during the day much quieter in the evenings. Very comfortable and cool inside the house. Great views from upstairs balcony. The beds were all comfortable. Downstairs shower is good but does tend to flood the bathroom. Upstairs shower over the bath was a bit weak. Lots of storage for clothes etc.

− Downstairs bedroom shutters didn’t open, so a bit dark in that room. Otherwise all good.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del centrito y con posibilidad de aparcar en la calle (tema no menor en Valldemossa). Muy cómoda casa, amplios ambientes, bien equipada y con un patio exterior maravilloso.

Good location, comfortable rooms . Love the garden, personal touch with furnishings and paintings.

− It was the booking agent Homerti which was not straight forward. Finally we got the right number and could talk to a person, but it seems to be a big call Center and we do not know how they would deal with real problems. Still trying to get deposit back without using their online form for bank details. There is no air conditioner in the house lucky we still had cool nights. Would be nice to have more shade on back terrace.

The location was great, and very quiet. Easy, level walk into Valldemossa. It was easy to access lots of walks from the house. The garden was lovely (especially the persimmon tree) and there was a delightful terrace and balcony. Views from the upstairs bedrooms and balcony were quite stunning. Free on street parking outside the property (unusual in Valldemossa). The description undersold the property, the kitchen was more than adequate with plenty crockery and cutlery. The house was very spacious. Close to Es Tailler restaurant but also the supermarket ( very good), the bakery and the bus station.

− The bathrooms were poor, the showers had little power. A lot of the doors stuck. We had to use the single key to open the security gate to exit the property which concerned me if we had to leave in an emergency. Some of the furniture was a bit odd ( the office on the landing).
